I have been 'studying' this book for a while. I consider it a must read for anyone that takes part in educating and rising future generations. The book full title says " The Element, How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything". "The Element is the point at which natural talent meets personal passion". So many of us are in a "dead end jobs ". It is enough to visit any city in the morning hours and look around, not many happy people rushing to work.... We spent 10, 20, 30 years in the same job, at the end of it we all hope for a "golden handshake". However during this time, do we wake up with a smile and think about the day ahead with joy? The city looks like it is full of robots rushing to work, in the morning and rushing home in the evening. Big corporates expect the employees to put in long hours and due to the technological advancement we are available to corporations 24/7. If you unhappy and still looking The Element is a start to get on to the right track and discover your true best self. Enjoy! Gosia
